We are pleased to announce that we have received a lot of bookings already this year. In order to ensure a healthy balance of old and new comers we have now made a decision to restrict bookings to those campers who have attended at least once before.
We apologise if this means you are disappointed. If you would like to express your interest in attending, we can keep a list of names to contact in the event that places are still available and we will let you know at the beginning of June if we can accomodate you. Just contact us by letter, phone or e-mail with the number and ages of your party and your contact details, to let us know you are interested.
If you have been before and are keen to come this year, please make your booking as soon as possible to be sure of a place. Every year the pressure on places grows. We don't want to disappoint familiar faces who would like to join us, but cannot hold places open for you, if we don't know whether you are coming.
Sharpham Barton is a friendly, family camp set on a bio-dynamic farm in an area of outstanding natural beauty in South Devon.
Camping facilities are basic, with tents and caravans arranged in small 'villages' around their own campfire. We provide wood for the communal campfires, hot and cold water and toilets.
The main marquee is the focal point of the Camp; the Lunacy Café and the information point are based here. Nearby is the Chai area, where you can take time out in a more relaxed environment.
There is lots to do for all ages, including workshops, activities, entertainment, sports, farm walks, kindergarten, therapies and talks.
Or explore and enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside, we are less than ten miles from Dartmoor and the sea!
