How to Book
Booking Forms for the 2010 Camp are NOW AVAILABLE (see below).
Family Camp
1. Request or download the 'Family Camp' and 'Activities' booking forms.
2. Complete the booking forms, adding together the total cost of all adult and child tickets:
- Cost for Adults is £150, cost for Children and Teenagers is £80 and Children Under 3 go FREE.
- Please send 50% of total cost when booking and a post dated cheque for the balance (30th June)
- To benefit from a 15% discount for early payment, pay 50% of total by 30th April and the balance of total in a post-dated cheque by 30th June.
Note: cheques should be made payable to Sharpham Barton Camp.
Crew
In some cases we are able to offer reduced fees for those who can contribute to the running of the Camp.
We try to encourage an atmosphere of mutual help and support at the camp. There are always some jobs which are essential and for people who are willing to undertake these tasks we are able to offer a discount on the ticket price.
Do you have expertise in practical matters, or that you can share, or a workshop you can lead? Let us know, soon.
We always welcome teen crew: teenagers working for at least 5 hours early in the life of the camp are offered a free off site activity..
