How to Book
Booking Forms for the 2009 Camp are NOW AVAILABLE (see below).
Family Camp
1. Request or download the 'Family Camp' and 'Activities' booking forms.
2. Complete the booking forms, adding together the total cost of all adult and child tickets:
- Cost for Adults is £140, cost for Children and Teenagers is £75 and Children Under 3 go FREE.
- Send 50% deposit of total cost to reach us by 1st June; then pay the remaining 50% by 18th July or on arrival at the camp
- To benefit of 15% discount for early payment, pay 50% of total by 19th April and 35% of total in a post-dated cheque by 1st June.
Note: cheques should be made payable to Sharpham Barton Camp.
Crew
In some cases we are able to offer reduced fees for those who can contribute to the running of the Camp.
We try to encourage an atmosphere of mutual help and support at the camp. There are always some jobs which are essential and for people who are willing to undertake these tasks we are able to offer a discount on the ticket price.
Do you have expertise in practical matters, or that you can share, or a workshop you can lead? Let us know, soon.
We always welcome teen crew: teenagers working for at least 5 hours early in the life of the camp are offered a free late night canoe trip and barbecue.
